At The Ebike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or gear within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specialized shipping instructions.
- 2.Prepare the Bike
Ensure the e-bike is clean and packed securely in its original factory packaging, including the battery, charger, keys, and any included tools or manuals.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup for heavy cargo models.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
