Most of our ebikes offer a range between 25 to 60 miles per charge, depending on the battery capacity, terrain, rider weight, and the level of pedal assist used.
Do I need a special license to ride an ebike?
In most regions, electric bikes with a maximum speed of 20-28 mph are classified as bicycles and do not require a special driver's license, insurance, or registration. Please check your local state laws for specific regulations.
How are the bikes shipped and is assembly required?
Our bikes are shipped 85-95% pre-assembled in heavy-duty boxes. You will typically need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a comprehensive video guide with every order.
What kind of warranty do you offer on the motor and battery?
We provide a 2-year comprehensive warranty on the frame and a 1-year limited warranty on critical electrical components, including the motor, battery, and LCD display.
Can I ride my ebike in the rain?
Yes, our ebikes are water-resistant with an IP65 rating, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or pressure washing the bike, as it may damage the electrical components.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bike must be in its original packaging and have less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
